Return Policy for In-Store Purchases

WE ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE FOR UNOPENED TELEVISIONS, CAMCORDERS, DIGITAL CAMERAS, RADAR DETECTORS, GPS/NAVIGATION SYSTEMS, COMPUTERS, CAR STEREOS, MOBILE PHONES, AND LARGE ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES.

Original receipt is required for all returns, exchanges, price matches, and warranty repairs. For all cash purchases over $100 and all check purchases, we will refund you by check mailed from our headquarters within 14 business days of the return date.

Please note that refunds to bank account must be made through the original bank account used. If the original bank account is not available, we will issue a gift card refund or mail a check. Mailed check refunds will be issued by check mailed from our headquarters within 14 business days from the date the refund was sent.

These products are non-refundable:

– Labor and/or installation costs
– Gift cards
– Electrical appliances that have been turned on
– Computers that are turned on
– Discounted products
– DirecTV
– Game system
– Special order products
Merchandise without UPC and/or original packaging may only be exchanged for merchandise purchased while mail-in rebate is in effect. Rebate will be deducted from refund.

Return Policy for Online Purchases

When you order from 1dayplusX, we process and ship our own merchandise. Returned items will also be sent back to 1dayplusX. We try to keep our return policy in line with that of other major online retailers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, please contact us by phone or email.

Exceptions

television

– If you are not 100% satisfied with your TV purchase, you can return your new or used TV within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in the original box and include all original packaging materials, manuals, and accessories.
– 1dayplusX will accept your return. We only ask that you pay for the return shipping. You must pack the TV in the original box with all original packing materials and accessories. If the TV was shipped by freight, we will arrange and schedule a pickup time.
– TVs can always get damaged during shipping, so we ask that you inspect the TV before signing, not just the box. Please refuse to accept the product and contact us at +6683-204-8063 if you notice any damage to the TV itself. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Projectors and projector screens

– 25% return shipping fee for projector and projector screen returns.

electrical appliance

– All customers who live outside our local delivery area will receive a letter regarding the shipping process by the carrier. We recommend that customers measure the dimensions before sending the appliance to their address.
– If the customer is confident, we will ship the product. In case the product does not fit even after measuring or if you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, we ask that you pack the product as received to prevent damage during return shipping.
- When returning electrical appliances delivered by courier, the product must be in like-new condition. When the courier picks up the electrical appliance, pack it in its original packaging and make it ready for pickup. In the event that the electrical appliance is damaged, there will be no return shipping charges and the exchange or return process will begin immediately.
– 1dayplusX asks you to inspect your appliance for damage upon receipt and report the problem within 48 hours.

Note: 1dayplusX will not accept returns on items that do not have a serial number and UPC.

**Cost of return shipping

– If you return an item using the return label we email you (Pickup or Pickup) and the reason for the return is not due to 1dayplusX error, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. The shipping fee deduction will also apply to shipping the item.
– If you receive a damaged item, please call or email us within 24-48 hours so that we can arrange a return/exchange as described above. There will be no return shipping charges in this case.
– Customer rejection of the product will result in the customer having to pay shipping costs to their home address and return it to 1dayplusX. If 1dayplusX receives notice of order cancellation prior to shipment, you will not be charged any shipping fees.

Restocking Fee

1dayplusX reserves the right to charge a restocking fee in the situations listed above. Any time an item is returned and found to have been misused, damaged, or neglected, based on the condition it was received, a restocking fee will be charged. We hope to never have to charge this additional fee.
